My work is grounded in the understanding that reproductive experiences, particularly those involving fertility treatment, loss, or nontraditional paths to parenthood, can be emotionally complex in ways that are difficult to explain to others.
Even when life appears settled or successful on the outside, the internal experience of uncertainty, grief, anxiety, or disorientation can feel isolating and hard to name. My role is to offer thoughtful psychological support during these moments, without minimizing their impact or rushing toward resolution.
How I Work
Rather than providing open-ended weekly psychotherapy, I offer focused psychological consultation and support tailored to specific reproductive circumstances and life stages. This work is collaborative, intentional, and designed to meet you where you are, whether you are navigating decisions, waiting periods, loss, or emotional adjustment before or after treatment or birth.
My approach is informed by evidence-based psychological frameworks, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while remaining flexible and responsive to the lived experience of each person I work with.
I aim to create a space that feels grounded and respectful, one where difficult thoughts and feelings can be explored without judgment, and where clarity and emotional steadiness can develop over time.
Who I Work With
I work with individuals and couples navigating fertility-related experiences, including intended parents, egg donors, gestational carriers, and those adjusting to life after treatment or birth. I also support individuals experiencing postpartum anxiety, particularly when it intersects with fertility treatment or reproductive loss.
In addition, I offer coaching-based support for individuals navigating perimenopause and menopause, with attention to identity shifts, mood changes, and the emotional impact of this life stage. This work is reflective and non-medical in nature.

My Path to This Work
I am a licensed clinical psychologist with specialized experience in fertility psychology, reproductive loss, and third-party reproduction. Earlier in my career, I worked in business psychology before entering the field of reproductive mental health, a shift that was shaped both by professional experience and my own journey through infertility and postpartum adjustment later in life.
Those experiences deepened my appreciation for how profoundly identity, values, and emotional stability can be affected during reproductive transitions. They also clarified the kind of work I wanted to offer: support that is steady, honest, and attuned to the realities of reproductive complexity.
Moving Forward
If you are navigating a reproductive experience that feels uncertain, emotionally layered, or difficult to articulate, thoughtful psychological support can help create steadiness and clarity during a time that truly matters.
I offer telehealth consultations for individuals and families across California.
