Where is your office located?

I am located in America’s finest city, San Diego, CA. However, I work mostly virtually. When we have our initial conversation online via video, we can talk about your preferences: video or in person.

What are your hours?
I have time available in the day, evenings, and weekends.
How long is a session?

Each session lasts 50 minutes.

Do you take insurance?
I have opted out of being listed as a provider for any insurance company. My services are “private pay” only.
How do I set up an initial appointment?
To set up your initial free 20-minute appointment, you can either email me or by telephone/text at (858) 386-8911.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give a 24-hour notice to cancel an appointment. If you provide less than a 24-hour notice, you will be charged 50% of the session fee.
How do you take payment?
To confirm your appointment, payment is required 24 hours before our session. I use a secure online portal that can take single card payments.
Do you work with women? Men? Couples? LGBTQ+?
Yes! Anyone who is trying to build a family.
What do you do in sessions with clients?
I listen, ask questions, and get to know my clients.
Do your clients receive assignments to work on between sessions?
Sometimes – they are mostly things for you to think about or apply in your life in-between sessions.
What is your professional training and experience?
I hold a Doctor of Psychology, a Master of Science in Psychology, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
What else does a client need to know to make the most out of working with you?
I want you to enter my “doors,” knowing you are safe. There is no judgment. But I expect honesty, commitment, and a desire to move forward.
