Where is your office located?

I am in America’s finest city, San Diego, CA. However, I work mostly virtually and can work with anyone in California. When we have our initial conversation online via video, we can talk about your preferences: video or in-person.

What are your hours?
I have time available in the day, evenings, and some weekends.
How long is a session?

Each session lasts 50 minutes.

Do you take insurance?
I have opted out of being listed as a provider for any insurance company. My services are “private pay” only.
How do I set up an initial appointment?
To set up your initial free 15-minute appointment, contact me via email or by telephone/text at (858) 386-8911.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give 24-hour notice to cancel an appointment. If you provide less than a 24-hour notice, you will receive a charge for 50% of the session fee.
How do you take payment?
I require payment 24 hours before our session to confirm your appointment.

What do you do in sessions with clients?
I listen, ask questions, and get to know my clients.
Do your clients receive assignments to work on between sessions?
Sometimes, they are primarily things you can think about or apply in your life between sessions.
What is your professional training and experience?
I hold a Doctor of Psychology, a Master of Science in Psychology, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
What else must a client know to make the most out of working with you?
I want you to enter my “doors,” knowing you are safe. There is no judgment, but I expect honesty, commitment, and a desire to move forward.
